It's been a while! This website has been neglected for far too long, and I've been cooking up this big redesign on and off for a few months so I'm very happy to finally have it out. This redesign wouldn't have been possible without some much needed help from Chaoticbon.
So, all this time has passed, what have I been up to?
Well, I figured out I was trans. That was pretty significant. But WAY more significant than that:
I'm slowly rebranding to not_permanent. I already changed my youtube, but it turns out entirely rebranding isn't that easy so I'll still be Uncon in some places for a while.
I quit Roblox. After years developing on the platform, they finally made enough bad decisions to push me away from using it anymore. Every once in a while I'll still hop on for a run of nullscape or something, but other than that, I'm done with the platform. I've been playing some Polytoria recently, which is fun but a bit rough around the edges.
I'm gonna try and pick up Unity. I tried to pick it up many a year ago and that didn't end well. But I'm smarter now, and also on a lot of drugs that should make it easier for me to stay focused on stuff! So that's nice.
I'm getting into music! (very, very slowly.) I can play 4 whole chords on the guitar, and I've been watching a bunch of content about music creation and doing a little research. Out of all the other forms of self expression, music has been the most interesting to me for a long time and I figure it's about time I try my hand at making some.
My biggest inspirations right now are probably Radiohead, Honningbarna, Glass Beach, and above all others, Femtanyl. I'm SUPER into Femtanyl. If I end up making any cool music I will for sure make a news post about it, and probably post about it everywhere else and be really annoying about it :D
I think that's all I have 2 talk about rn. I haven't gotten up to much else. I'm driving out to a whole different state soon to check out a university and see if I'm interested, that's exciting! I really wish I didn't have a full year of high school left...
